KC CODES ELIMINATOR is a locally owned family business in Kansas City, Mo. that provides Yard Maintenance, Home repairs, Trash removal as well as Cleanout services for housing code violators that have received 10 day and 30 day warning letters from Codes Enforcement.

 

The business was created after a family member received a warning letter from CODES ENFORCEMENT which stated, "repair or tear down the garage". The letter gave them 30 days to correct the problem. During this particular time, it was difficult to obtain assistance as the family "help" all worked and had their own issues. Contact was made with the Code Enforcement Officer with a request for an extension or for a referral. Both requests were basically denied with a "I'm sorry but I can't help you".  Now, the race was on to find help before the 30 days were up. On the 27th day assistance was finally located!! One would think that help would be a keystroke away.  Wrong!! Google didn't have one listing offering this type of service.

It was at that moment, that the vision to create a business where one could make one call requesting services for Housing Code Violations was planned.  After researching the need and seeing the number of code violations that are issued in the Kansas City, Mo. area, KC CODES ELIMINATOR was birthed.
